Total CRM is used across our entire organization, with our sales department using the software most frequently. Total CRM acts a database for all of our leads, contacts, and clients. We use the software to ensure that our sales staff, engineers, and consultants all have visibility on where clients are in the sales process and what the latest communication with current and prospective clients has been. We also use it to track our sales pipeline.

Anybody can use Total CRM. The interface is straightforward, and the initial trial setup took very little effort. Total CRM had all the functionality that we could ever need, at a fraction of the cost of Salesforce. It felt much more intuitive, and I was sure we would be very happy moving forward with Total CRM.

Total CRM is a very comprehensive suite of software products that you can integrate to help you handle all the operations of your company. And the support is excellent. The response time when I call in is excellent. Very impressed. I have used other CRM packages and never have I been so satisfied with a solution.
