Total CRM is used across our entire organization, with our sales department using the software most frequently. Total CRM acts a database for all of our leads, contacts, and clients. Anybody can use Total CRM. The interface is straightforward, and the initial trial setup took very little effort. Total CRM had all the functionality that we could ever need, at a fraction of the cost of Salesforce. It felt much more intuitive, and I was sure we would be very happy moving forward with Total CRM.
